Land free, expand. 108% net retention says the free tier is not charity: teams that install it stay and grow into paid. The risk is selling one feature Microsoft keeps bundling into what IT buys.

Revenue is never disclosed in dollars, so the headline is a growth rate, not a revenue figure. It cross-checks: I opened Deloitte's own Fast 500 PDF (Action1, rank 16, 7265%) and Action1's blog (7,265%, 2021-2024) and they agree. Action1 said in Aug 2024 it was cash flow positive and on track to soon reach $100 million ARR - that is forward-looking, so I did not print it as revenue. Inc.com returned 403 to me, so I never read Action1's Inc. 5000 profile revenue and do not cite it. All growth and retention figures are Action1's own, self-reported and unaudited. I do NOT call Action1 bootstrapped: SiliconANGLE reported a $20M raise in Jun 2023 naming no investor, and Action1 issued no first-party release for it, so whether that was outside capital or the founders' own Netwrix money is not publicly reachable. The card only says what the company says: founder-led and cash flow positive. Rival prices come from pages I opened (NinjaOne pricing FAQ, PDQ pricing, ManageEngine trial page); rival bar weights are our read, not revenue. We never score you.
