AODocs

The Google Workspace document layer, self-funded to about $55M (group).
👤 Stephane Donze (Ran Revevol, a Google Workspace consultancy: its services cash funded R&D and fed AODocs the enterprises it was migrating.)🌐 siteLinkedIn

A Google Workspace consultancy funded the product its own migration clients needed, then sold it back to them.

Will it work? · our read
Durable niche. A services arm bankrolled a decade of R&D while AODocs became the document-control layer Google Workspace never built. Slow, profitable, concentrated, hard to dislodge.

Revevol migrates enterprises onto Google Workspace
They hit Drive's missing document controls
AODocs sells those controls as recurring SaaS

Product-level revenue is not cleanly disclosed. Founder Stephane Donze publicly states about $55M in 2025 revenue for the whole group — AODocs software plus the Revevol services arm and legacy Talarian (Product Market Fit Show, Aug 2025). Latka (May 2026) puts AODocs software alone near $30M ARR and the group targeting $60M in 2026, but I could not corroborate that split from a first-party page, so no money figure sits on the revenue tile. The tile instead carries the one revenue-proxy the CEO stated on record and a script can re-open: 'over 400 enterprise customers,' from the Pulse 2.0 interview (29 May 2025), which also confirms 'completely bootstrapped, and profitable' since 2022, with zero VC. I could NOT verify any Inc 5000 or Deloitte Fast 500 ranking for AODocs, so the card claims none. verified:true covers the customer count and bootstrapped status (first-party CEO); the $55M/$30M revenue figures are STATED/EST and flagged, not asserted as the headline. We never score you.
