Revenue is STATED, not filed: "over $36 million in annual recurring revenue" is Shostak's own wording in her April 2026 Indie Hackers interview, corroborated by Inc. (Jan 2026, $36M+). Not audited. Stated ARR over time: $27M (SaaS Club, flat $35/mo era), $30M+ (Practical Founders, Mar 2025), $36M+ (2026); we headline the newest first-party figure. The Indie Hackers headline says $37M and lists "$3.1MM a month" - we use her stated $36M rather than a monthly extrapolation. Watch the stale-price trap: the famous $38 flat rate is no longer sold, so it sits in metrics as history, quoted off Flodesk's own archived 2022 page. Inc. 5000 growth is self-reported to Inc.; those pages block scripts (403), so we read them in a real browser. Inc. lists founding year 2018, Shostak says Flodesk launched 2019; we use 2019.
