Revenue is STATED, not filed: founder-CEO Ben Hodson said 'last year we hit $60 million in revenue with 200 employees' in Utah Business (Aug 14, 2025), so $60M is FY2024, self-reported and unaudited. Third-party trackers (Latka-type) pegged JobNimbus lower (about $25M mid-2024); we lead with the founder's own words per first-party provenance and flag the gap. The $1.2B is Hodson's PRIOR company Venafi (sold to Thoma Bravo, 2020) - not JobNimbus - shown only as track record.
