Product Growth (Aakash Gupta): lempire at $28M ARR, $10M EBITDAGrowth Unhinged (Kyle Poyar): bootstrapping lemlist from $1,000Indie Hackers: Guillaume Moubeche, $0 to $22M ARRSaaS Club: building in public fueled bootstrap to profitabilitylempire blog: $6M ARR in 3 years, bootstrapped (first-party)
Revenue is STATED, not filed: lempire is a private French company with no public accounts, so the about $28M ARR / $10M EBITDA / 40% margin figures are Guillaume Moubeche's own public statements (he builds in public), relayed by Aakash Gupta and Kyle Poyar and echoed first-party on lempire's blog (which states 'fully bootstrapped with 40% EBITDA and 30% year-over-year growth'). Not audited. Founder-stated milestones: $1,000 start (2018), $200K ARR (2019), $1M (2020), $20M (2022). The only outside capital is a 2021 secondary — the founders sold about 20% for $30M at a $150M valuation to Expedition Growth Capital (one board seat); no primary VC and profitable from day 1, so 'bootstrapped' here means founder-funded and profit-led (his two co-founders exited after that secondary). Currency is USD as reported; period is annual ARR, not monthly. Latka lists about $53M ARR (2026) as a third-party estimate, which I did not use. lemlist is the flagship product and the bulk of lempire's revenue, but the headline figure is lempire-wide. No Inc 5000 / Deloitte / FT1000 award was confirmed for lempire despite searching; the 'documented growth' here is the founder's public metrics, not an award or filing. We never score you.
