NinjaOne

Bootstrapped 7 years, now $12.3B. Per-device RMM for MSPs and IT teams.
👤 Sal Sferlazza (Serial IT-tools founder: sold PacketTrap to Quest and Anchor to eFolder before Ninja. He knew RMM cold, and bootstrapped 7 years.)🌐 siteLinkedIn

The RMM everyone on r/msp tells you to switch to — usually from the vendor they're warning you about.

Will it work? · our read
$500M, profitable. NinjaOne replaced legacy RMM tools MSPs disliked. Firms pay per device for software that stays reliable, and free support keeps them. Microsoft bundling is the main risk.

Revenue is STATED (first-party, not audited): NinjaOne's own press release (6 Jan 2026) says $500 million ARR in FY2025 at nearly 70% YoY growth; the 12 Jun 2026 release states a $12.3B valuation, nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries, and profitability reached in Q1 2026. Third-party estimates were lower (Latka/Growjo about $310M ARR) and rejected in favor of the company's own figure. Per-device pricing ($1.50-3.75/mo) is from the public pricing page. Founded 2013 in Austin; bootstrapped about 7 years before first funding in 2020. verified:true on first-party disclosure, but these are company statements, not audited filings. We never score you.
