Will it work? · our read
Community wins. The social engine drove 100%-plus buyer retention and a 20% take on $1.8B GMV, but Poshmark never turned a profit - and Naver took it private below its IPO price.

Revenue $326.0M, GMV $1.8B and 7.6M active buyers are stated directly in Poshmark's FY2021 Form 10-K ('we had revenue of $326.0 million', confirmed by direct fetch of posh-20211231.htm) - FILED, verified first-party. GMV ($1.8B, what buyers paid) is NOT revenue; net revenue was $326M, about an 18% effective take against the 20% listed seller fee. 44.6B interactions figure is from Poshmark's SEC FY2021 results release (8-K exhibit 99.1), consistent with the 10-K numbers. Poshmark was public (NASDAQ: POSH) then taken private by Naver in Jan 2023, so FY2021 is the last clean full-year filing cited here.
