Caveat: it is an on-track 'live ARR' run-rate target for 2026, not a closed-year audited figure; Spellbook tripled revenue in 2025 but does not break out an exact current number. Notably, Spellbook reports only invoiced 'Live Annual Run Rate' and its CEO publicly criticizes peers for conflating Contracted ARR with revenue (3-5x gaps). Spellbook is VC-funded ($80M+ raised, $350M post-money), not bootstrapped. Customer/reach/capital metrics are company-stated via BetaKit (Oct 2025); spellbook.com cites 4,500+ teams vs ~4,000 in press. Rival positioning (Harvey, CoCounsel, Robin AI) is our read.
