Will it work? · our read
Filed, not claimed. Growth is real, but it rides one country's housing cycle. Profit was £947K (about $1.2M) on the year, so there is little slack if agents stop switching.

Revenue is FILED: audited group accounts for Street Group Ltd (12168847), 12 months to 31 December 2025, turnover £15,936,619, operating profit £1,246,615, profit after tax £947,247. Three traps we checked before printing it. PERIOD: the 2024 comparative in the same accounts (£15,167,743) covers 16 months, not 12; the directors' own like-for-like 12-month 2024 figure is £11,375,807, so growth was about 40%, not 5%. CURRENCY: the filed figure is sterling. The "about $21M" is our conversion at roughly 1.3 USD/GBP and is not a filed number. The SaaS Club episode's "$9M ARR" is a dollar restatement of the £650K MRR Heather cites in that same episode, so we did not headline it. SUBJECT: the figure is the group (Spectre plus Street.co.uk, trading through Street Systems Ltd and Agent Software Ltd), not one product. Funding: the podcast says 100% bootstrapped, and Companies House shows Tom Staff over 50% and Heather Staff 25-50% of shares; the accounts also record a share issue of £1,805,723 in the 16-month period to 31 December 2024 whose subscriber is not named in the filing, so "never took a penny" is not something we can state. Current pricing is demo-gated on both products, so we quote no price of theirs; the £39 per postcode sector is the 2016-era launch price from the founder interview. Rival bar weights are our read of reach, not revenue. No drama here: no lawsuits, no blowup - they won on domain knowledge, an unfashionable channel, and nine years. We never score you.
