SuperOps

AI PSA+RMM for MSPs · Series C 2025
👤 Arvind Parthiban (Ex-Zoho ITSM marketer who sold Zarget to Freshworks, then rebuilt the whole MSP stack cheaply with Chennai engineers.)🌐 siteLinkedIn

SuperOps built its PSA+RMM with MSPs, then sold them one AI tool to replace the ten they were juggling.

Will it work? · our read
Built with buyers. SuperOps didn't out-feature ConnectWise; it built with MSPs, priced on an India cost base, and won the small shops the incumbents ignored.

SuperOps has not disclosed dollar ARR, so the card headlines its biggest first-party number instead: 1,300 paying MSPs across 104 countries, figures the company gave the press at its January 2025 Series C (TechCrunch, opened and read). The $200M post-money valuation and $54.4M total raised are from that same round (TechCrunch; SuperOps release, opened). Pricing is from the live pricing page (opened): about $1.20-3 per endpoint/month. Founder history (ex-Zoho ITSM, sold Zarget to Freshworks, then SuperOps 2020) is confirmed across profiles. Investor Z47 has recounted an ARR path of roughly $150K to $1M to $5M (2021-2023) and about a 150-MSP design-partner cohort, but that page returned 403 for me, so I did not put any dollar ARR or the exact 150 figure on the card as fact. SuperOps is VC-backed (March Capital, Addition, Z47), not bootstrapped. verified: customer and country counts are first-party company statements; dollar revenue remains private. We never score you.
