Useme

Marketplace - Wroclaw, Poland - founded 2013 - mainly bootstrapped
👤 Przemyslaw Glosny (Two failed businesses first. He hit the invoicing problem inside one of them, then bootstrapped the fix on PLN 2M outside money.)🌐 site

In Poland you cannot invoice without a business. Useme buys the work and resells it, so the invoice is its own.

Will it work? · our read
Law as product. Thirteen years of tax and compliance work, built on just over PLN 2M (about $500K) of outside money. The founder still controls it, after failing at two businesses before it.

The headline is NOT filed revenue. It is an interview headline's framing that the founder answered without correcting, so treat it as STATED and soft. Read it as money flowing through the platform, not as Useme's margin: at a 4.99% take, PLN 245M of flow is roughly PLN 12M of actual take. Three cautions. (1) Two entities share the name: Useme sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000467478, the operating company named in the site footer) and Useme S.A. (KRS 0000882020, the crowdfunded holding). Their numbers differ - Forbes put 2020 revenue at PLN 37.7M while the company's own press release put Useme S.A. at PLN 32M. (2) English Wikipedia states PLN 245.0M for 2024 and PLN 50.6M for 2020, but its 2020 figure contradicts the very press release it cites (PLN 32M), so we did not use its numbers. (3) The KRS accounts are audited and filed through FY2025, but the only site publishing their contents (BizRaport) sits behind a Vercel security checkpoint we could not open, so no FILED figure is claimed here. The metrics tiles and the 4.99% fee are first-party from useme.com and were read directly. No drama documented: two earlier businesses of the founder failed, and he says Useme grew mainly on its own cash. We never score you.
