He'd spent years building a designer audience. When AI design landed, he sold it to them: $5.3M ARR, bootstrapped.
Will it work? · our read
Audience-led win. The AI is a commodity a dozen tools copy. What is not: 600K designers who already trust him. He shipped to demand he owned, then let the free tier do the rest.

SaaS Club Podcast (Feb 2026): Adam Fard on UX Pilot $5.3M ARR, 15K paying subs stated on-airUX Pilot homepage "Trusted by 1M+ users"Adam Fard UX Studio the agency behind UX Pilot (Berlin / New York)Google Stitch where usegalileo.ai (Galileo AI) now redirectsAdam Fard on LinkedIn
Revenue is STATED, not filed. On the SaaS Club podcast (published Feb 2026) Adam Fard said verbatim: '5.3 million ARR, bootstrapped, 30 people full time, and we have around 15,000 active paying subscribers'; $5.3M also appears in the episode title. He noted it was about $3M five months earlier. UX Pilot is a private, bootstrapped company, so no audited or filed figure exists. '1M+ users' is UX Pilot's own homepage claim (marketing self-report, free plus paid). The 600K newsletter is the founder's own on-air number, not independently verified. I could not load UX Pilot's JS-rendered pricing page, so no exact tier prices are asserted. Rival note: Galileo AI is confirmed folded into Google — usegalileo.ai 308-redirects to stitch.withgoogle.com; Uizard's own site shows no acquisition, so none is claimed. verified:true on the basis of the founder's first-party disclosure. We never score you.
